Every closed 3-manifold is obtained by Dehn surgery along a link. I study 3-manifolds by using an invariant, called Reidemeister torsion. The invariant is computed from the Alexander polynomial of a link and Dehn surgery coefficients. On the way of researching this subject, there are some derivative researches.
